Jan Barnaby, 73, Indianapolis, IN, passed away June 19, 2015 in Indianapolis. A memorial service will be held at Horizon Christian Fellowship, 7702 Indian Lake Road, Indianapolis on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. with visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
