    To the Burk Family,
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Jan. Having lived next door to Jim, Jan, Michael, and Elaine for a number of years on Scott Court, I enjoyed talking to Jan when we would pass each other outside. She was a very kind, upbeat, and friendly woman. After I moved, I would occasionally run into Jan at Kohl’s and we would catch up with each other about our families. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Keeping the family in my prayers. Jan was one of the kindest and most genuine people I know. It is heart breaking that she has crossed over, so much to miss. Praying you are able to experience her Spirit and the legacy of love in unexpected, heart warming ways in the days ahead. Thank you, Michael, for posting the eulogy on your Mom’s Facebook. I hadn’t heard the news. Peace, Julie (Brewer) O’Connor
