Mrs Ross, Michael and Buddy, I was sorry to hear the passing of Haskell. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I’ll never forget how nice it was to see y’all when you came down for Ole Miss games and how you all welcomed us (ATO consultants) into your home when we moved the HQ to Indianapolis.

Dear Ross Family
I was a friend of Haskell’s at Murray State. I received this news from Terry Mitchener. We were all young and foolish in those days enjoying the college experience. Haskell Ross possessed one of those magnetic, winsome personalities which made you like him at once and forever. He was special in so many ways. But I know you know that- but I was only around him for a couple of years and yet just thinking of him brings a smile to my face. I wish I had been in contact with him. Wish he could have seen how I turned out. I never doubted how he would turn out- for he was a man of character. An Eagle Scout in every way. I believe I will see him and one day stand by him by the crystal river which flows from the throne of God and the Lamb. This will give a whole new meaning to ” Roll Tide!” Tim

Mike Petty says
Haskell was one great guy, and a loyal ATO. Always a friendly smile, and always caring about others. Like Jimmy, wish we had communicated more after college. But his passing is a reminder to his surviving ATO brothers to try and do a better job of staying in touch with old friends. Paulette and I will keep family in our prayers. I love all my brothers.
