Harry “Bud” Martin, 75, died peacefully in his sleep, August 5, 2017.
He was born January 1942 in Indianapolis, IN. He graduated from Tunnelton High School (Bedford) and served in the U. S. Navy.
His parents and several brothers and sisters have proceeded him in death.
Bud retired from RSR-Quemetco (Indianapolis) as a semi driver.
He was a member of the Zion’s Hill Baptist Church in Martinsville.
Bud is survived by his wife of 48 years, Gloria “Jannis” Martin, daughter; April Adams (Martinsville) (Mark); son, Brad Martin (Martinsville),
(Elisa Wilson-companion); 5 grand-children and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the Zion’s Hill Baptist Church, 5050 Turkey Track Rd, Martinsville.
Visitation will be from 11 am untill noon with services immediately following. Pastor Steve Brown will be officiating. Burial at Zion”s Hill Cemetery will follow.

    We are very sorry to learn of the loss of your dear family member, Bud. May your fondest memories of him bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time.
