I consider myself fortunate to have been able to call Greg my friend. We knew each other for many years (going back to 1988) and he was always kind and supportive and a wonderful sounding board. I am so sad that he is gone, I will miss him very much. For his family, I hope you can find some peace in knowing what a wonderful friend he was.

I had the fortune to work alongside Greg as a peer in a major bank. Throughout I can say he was a professional but also a sincere friend. Greg had impact and was eager to engage each day. He was truly interested in the personal stories of those around him. I will miss our talks and takes on the issues and the people we led.

My heart is broken. Greg was not only my boss but my very good friend. He was someone I admired both at home and work. He was smart, funny, caring, and so loving of his family. I received far more from him than I gave. I learned a lot while I worked with him and it enabled me to be a better employee and person. I shall miss him very much and I pray for Linda, Hannah, Kara and Grace.

I worked with Greg for several years at National City and am saddened to learn of his passing. He was the consummate banker and a good friend. We enjoyed a sound professional relationship….and a lot of laughs playing golf at Woodland! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
