A funeral service with a full Military Honors presentation will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 2 pm at  Indiana Funeral Care; Harry Moore Chapel located at 8151 Allisonville Rd., in Indianapolis, Indiana 46250. Friends and family may visit from 1 pm until the 2 pm service time.

Gerald D Sparks Sr “Jerry” age 64 was born in Martinsville Indiana January 7, 1952 passed away Friday, September 30, 2016
Jerry served in the army he became a paratrooper 82nd airborne Army division he went to Vietnam and became a radio mechanic after he returned home he met his wife to be Sheryl Bristow-Sparks  of  44 years. When he was a able he enjoyed fishing and walking his beloved dogs “Slacks and Sally”
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; sons, Gerald “Jerry “Jr , and Darwin Sparks; two granddaughters, Macylee Sparks and Aryan Sparks; mother, Shirley Foreman; brothers, David Huntington, Dennis Sparks, Kevin Foreman and Robert Foreman; sisters, Sharon Briggs and Debbie Sparks.
