Lt. Rix – what a wonderful man! I’ve met him only through Karen’s irrepressible love of her Dad, the brief summary of his life displyed here, and his GrandChildren’s touching, revealing comments. Draw near each other as you share stories…memories…love, and know that Peace and Grace are yours.

Dear Mrs Rix and Family,
A marriage can be compared to two trees growing side by side…..rooted and strengthen by time and love. That bond, unbreakable in life, has been broken. Please try to deal with your loss one day at time…..and enjoy the benefit and encouragement that tomorrow can bring. Especially with the help of your loving daughters, and grandchildren.
S. I. Drake, Lt/IPD (Ret) says
On behalf of the Société de Police – IPD Adam & Edward, condolences to Retired Lieutenant Rix’s family and friends on his passing.
A thought for the Rix family, One of the greatest comforts of aging, and that which gives us the greatest satisfaction, is the pleasing remembrance of the many benefits and friendly offices we have done for others. Lt. Rix surely accomplished this multiple times.
Eternal rest grant unto Garland A. Rix, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
