Reverend Ernest Lee Bell, 96, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 9, 2016. He is survived by: his children, Penny (Sherman) Sparks, Timothy (Venita) Bell and Becky (Emil) Luca; his sister Nellie Baughman of St. Louis, Missouri; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great- great grandchild. A committal service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Grandview Cemetery in Terre Haute Indiana. Arrangements by Indiana Funeral Care.
