Emmajean L. Hines, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 20, 2015. She was born on April 24, 1928 in Midway Mines, West Virginia to Robert L. and Lena (Carpenter) Coger. She was married to Charles R. Hines who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Carol A. (husband Jesse) Godwin, grandchildren Jeffrey Godwin and Cindy Fishburn, great-grandchild Elizabeth Fishburn, brother Eunash Coger, and sister Jenny Hitchcock. A funeral service will be held on April 23 at 2 pm East Rawles Church of God, 8901 E. Rawles Ave, Indpls, with visitation beginning at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
