Edgar Wallace “Pop” Eaton, 84, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away following a short illness on November 23, 2017.
Pop was born September 27, 1933 in Scottsville, KY to Earl Eaton and Clara Spencer Eaton. He moved to Indianapolis, IN after serving in the Air force. After retiring from GM Truck & Bus he moved to St. Petersburg, FL until 2015 where he enjoyed doing the things he loved most-fishing, golfing, painting and traveling.
He is survived and will be missed by his brother Earl “Jr” (Peggy) Eaton; aunt Barbara Jean Rayburn; brother-in-law, Larry Kearley; his children, Vicki (Tom) Beymer and Luanne (Robert) Graff; grandchildren, Carl Edgar (Rebecca) Maurice, Amy Lu (Paul) Skaggs, Kristoffer Tobin and Patrick Gregory; great-grandchildren, Lorelai Lu, Victoria Rose, William, Caleb, Elijah, Lucas and Parker; his longtime companion Lois Dahlstrom of St. Petersburg, FL; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Lou. Arrangements to celebrate his life will be made at a later date.
