A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017, at Indiana Funeral Care; Harry W. Moore Chapel at 12 pm. Friends may visit with the family from 10 am until service time. Burial will immediately follow at Lincoln Memory Gardens.

Eddie Lee Boyd was born to Lucille and Janie Boyd May 7^th, 1930 in Springfield, TN. Where he professed his hope in Christ at Bridgehill Baptist Church. Shortly after he married his wife of 63 years they moved to Indianapolis, Indiana. Where he also became a member of Eastside Baptist Church. He worked at Atkinson Construction and he retired from Indianapolis Public Schools as a Head Custodian.

On Tuesday 12-12-2017 God sent his angels to Guide this loving husband, father and grandfather home. He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Son’s Aaron Lee, James Sr. and Donnie, Siblings S.L. Boyd, Kathrine Boyd, Raymond Boyd, Minnie Terry and Roena Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Castella Boyd, Son Steve (Carla) Boyd, Daughters Sandra (Tom) Doss, Carolyn (Mal III) Jones. Daughters-in-law Roberta Boyd and Sarah Boyd. 20 Grandkids, 31 Great grandkids, 8 great -great grandkids, Siblings Lillian Boyd and Ralph Boyd and host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
