Dorothy A. Metzger, age 87, formerly of Wayland, Massachusetts passed away on Tuesday December 10, 2013.  She moved to Indianapolis 10 years ago to be closer her grandchildren.  She is survived by her daughter, Iris (Paul) Hermann of Weston, MA and her son, Dr. Arthur (Linda) C. Metzger III of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Chris (Megan) Metzger; Allison Metzger; Molly Herman

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C Metzger Jr., one sister and one brother.

Visitation will be at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel on Friday December 20 from 12 to 2pm with a graveside service to follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Village North Memorial Foundation, 11050 Presbyterian Drive Indianapolis, IN 46236.
