
Doris Ann (Dagey) Murray, 88, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016, at Westminster Village North in Indianapolis.
Born May 27, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Floyd E. Dagey and Edna Turner Dagey. She was united in marriage to Clifford (“Cliff”) R. Murray on May 29, 1953. He preceded her in death June 11, 2011 after a marriage of 58 years.
She is survived by her loving children and their spouses; Douglas (Dianne) Murray, Dacula, GA, Leland (April) Murray, Kenai, AK, Lynn (Alan) Clough, Indianapolis, IN; 6 grandchildren, Laurel (Andy) Bullock, Heather (Joey) Zook, Randy (Lisa) Murray, Erika Murray, Josh (Ann) Clough, and Jacob (Kamakshi) Clough; and 7 great-grandchildren, Kinsey and Trace Bullock, Bella, Aiden, and Ava Zook, and Arthur and Georgia Clough.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lou Wollenweber, a brother, Ernest F. Dagey, and sister Margie R. Bennett.
Her memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Harry W. Moore Chapel at 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN. Family will receive relatives and friends Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Following, a graveside service will be performed at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greenwood, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Indiana Chapter, 50 E. 91st Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
