A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 3 pm at East Lynn Christian Church. Friends and family may visit with the family from 1 pm until the service time of 3 pm.

Donald Paul Boblitt of Anderson, Indiana passed away peacefully on August 27, 2017 at the age of 70. He was born in Loveland, Ohio.

Don was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from General Motors.  He was a founding member and treasurer of the Anderson Corvette Association. He was blessed to have a devoted family that all recently gathered for a family reunion.

Don is survived by his pride and joy, two daughters Wendy (Tim) Bankes and Jennifer Boblitt. Don is also survived by his brother David (Bert) Boblitt and his six sisters Linda Miller, Lisa (Bill) Galipault, Leeann (Mark) Flora, Lois Simonson, Lora (Lee) Beck and Loraine (Mark) Condrey. He is preceded in his death by his mother and father, Doris and Donald Boblitt and his brother-in-law Ben Miller. Don has 4 adorable grandchildren (Ashlyn, Taylor, Sebastian and Lyla) and many nieces and nephews.
