Diane Warner, 71, of Indianapolis, IN, died peacefully the morning of June 1, 2019, after a two-year battle with cancer.
Diane was born April 23, 1948 in Peoria, Illinois to Ken and Peggy Tomblin. She married Greg Warner in May 30, 1981 in Pekin Ill. She is survived by her husband, Greg, three sons Bryan Kelly (Dena), Darryn Kelly, and Mark Warner (Erin), and grandson Patrick Kelly.
She was a devoted wife, mother and friend to many with a smile, quick laugh and a warm heart for those who needed it. She will be missed by both her family and friends
She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1970. Diane moved to Shelbyville, Indiana with her family in 1981 where she taught elementary school and started an interior design business. In 2012, she and Greg moved to Indianapolis. Diane loved to help friends and family decorate and remodel their homes, as well as traveling, good food, following the Pacers and Colts, politics, and doting on her grandson.
Memorial Celebration and Gathering will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Indiana Funeral Care 8151 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46250. In lieu of flowers the family would like contributions made to Wheeler Mission of Indianapolis.

I meet Diane a few years back when remolding there new home she was a delight to work for always smiling never a cross word. We became friends immediately and enjoyed dinners with her and Gregg. I will miss her. She’s now in a better place. Will always remember her she called me Superman. Love always
