Mr. D., we go way back, you were in our wedding, we have so many great memories. But I am heart broken at this time. My hope is that you knew how you touched so many lives. You loved life and lived it to the fullest. You made the world a better place with your presence. You will be missed by many but you will not be forgotten. I have so much to say but my words can’t express my feelings. Rest in peace Del.

It still doesn’t seem real. Another life taken too soon. I haven’t seen you much since high school except at reunions but even then you could still make me laugh and I could see the Del I remembered from high school who always had a smile on his face and was kind and generous to everyone. I know you will be missed. My prayers go out to your family and friends.

Words can’t express the sadness we feel at the loss of Delbert, he made the job of hospitality seem so effortless what ever the job he was always there with a smile! We have never laughed so hard or so often as when we were with Chris and Delbert. I know he will be missed by his family, but we want his family to know it was an honor to be a part of their lives and for them to share Delbert with us. We love you and grieve with you for your loss, Tim and Trish
