Debra L. Oskins, 61, has been call up by our Lord to PineSol heavens halls on Wednesday November 14, 2018.
She left behind a hell of a lot of cleaning tools and products. So if you’re looking for Shammy Cloth towels, a remote control mop, or a vacuum with turn signals, you should wait the appropriate amount of time, then get in touch with us.
This isn’t a commercial for “As Seen On TV” products but an obituary for a GREAT woman, daughter, mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. Born January 29, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the late (also a cleaning fanatic) Donald R. Van Noy and Patricia (Henderson)Van Noy.
Debra, “Debbie,” “Debo” was world renowned for her cleaning abilities and for the Love of GOD do not walk on her freshly mopped kitchen floor! Her vocabulary was highly proficient in curse words and she wasn’t afraid to use them.
With that being said, she was genuine, witty, and fair. Her heart was always in the right place. She never forgot a birthday or event. She knew what you needed, before you even knew what you needed AND she could get out any stain you threw her way! So when you look up and see that clear sky horizon you’ll know that Debbie is cleaning and heaven is shining.
She will be Greatly missed and survived by her mother,Patricia Van Noy; Husband, Donald L Oskins; Sisters; Pamela Jump and Donna March; Her daughter, Misti Roesener (who she gracelessly past down her OCD gene); Son-in-law, Chris Roesener; Daughters, Kassie Oskins and Rebecca Marr (son-in-law) Brian Marr;
Grandchildren, Morgan Roesener (her Little Loves), Chelsea Marr, Chrissy Marr, Chasen Marr; Nephew, Christopher Van Noy-March (Jessica Sommerville); Nieces,Ijanae March, Kristina Campos (Lorenzo Camps);Great Niece;,Zoyla Campos
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald R. Van Noy; daughter, Taylor Oskins; and her beloved dog, Lady Madonna (whom we are convinced she loved more than any of us)

I’d like to leave a memory, other than Debbie being my best friends older sister. As a single mom, she would always watch my son, as long as I was working 😊, at no charge. That small gesture meant the world to me. She loved my boy like I did and I will never forget that.❤
I will love you always Debo and miss you forever!

Oh Debo, I am so very sorry for whatever happened and caused this. I haven’t seen you in years but know that my girls and I would always talk about you. It has been years since you babysat for me and know that they are grown and beautiful and strong spirited young women now. They were down visiting their grandma Valerie and had planned on coming to see you when this happened and you left this earth. Makayla is a strong willed woman now and Chloe is almost done with college. They never forgot Duh (as Chloe used to call you). To Don and the rest of the family we send our thoughts and prayers to you in this time of need.
Love ya Duh (Debo),
Angel, Makayla & Chloe
