So sorry for your loss. I worked for Dr. Van der Schans in Elanco Plant Science in the 1980s. Such a delightful, interesting person! He was always smiling and in a great mood.

Sad news. We send our love to Johanna & family. And will always hold Neil’s warm friendship dear… that wonderful, wonderful man with a smile as big as the universe.
Bob Highfield says
I first met Neil at Eli Lilly’s Greenfield Labs in the 1970’s when we both worked there. Later, I had the pleasure of reuniting with him weekly at Mustard Seed Bible Study. He was so jovial and friendly, that it was always my pleasure to see him and talk about the “important” issues of the day. My prayer is that his family will experience the love and comfort of God’s grace as they mourn the loss of Neil, a wonderful man.
