Concepcion Guzman, 76, passed away April 12, 2014.

Friends may call from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis.  A funeral service will be held from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. that night, then friends and family may continue to visit until 10:00 p.m.
