Loueva says
Some of my fondest memories of my uncle Chuck, were the Christmas parties at the gas company. He didn’t have any girls, so he and aunt Loueva would take me every year to get presents and play games. He was so loved, and will be missed dearly. A great dad, husband, and uncle.
