On Saturday, March 29, 2014, a beautiful soul was released from the grip of pain and suffering. Brenda Ann Quinn, 73, passed away in the comfort of her home, her final moments spent with her family by her side. Born in Kokomo, IN and raised in Coldwater, MI, the vicissitudes of life set forth a path that led Brenda to Fort Wayne, IN, and it was there that she enjoyed all that life – and love – had to offer: enlightenment and enrichment through her career with Wells Fargo, from which she retired; clarity and comfort through her parishionership of Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church; and purpose and passion through her family, to whom she always exhibited, and from whom she always received, unconditional love.

Brenda: we love you; we miss you; and we cherish each and every moment we had with you. And we take comfort in knowing that you are now spending your days with your mother, clinking wine glasses and toasting to the memories of the past, and the wonders that lie ahead.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Kelly, and her father, Roland Banister. She is survived by her first husband, Gary Bojrab; her son, Benjamin Bojrab (Matthew Recht); her daughter, Cassandra Franklin; her grandchildren Darren Bojrab and Mikaila Franklin; her soon-to-be-great-grandchild; several first cousins, including Lorelei Williams, with whom she spent cherished time during her final days; and her beloved pets, Muffin and Tweety.

A special thanks to the staff of St. Vincent Hospice for proving that angels do walk among us; namely, Nurse Lisa, Aide Susan, and Case Manager Shelly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA): http://www.acspca.org/donate.html.
