Booker Thomas Carter, 91, of Indianapolis passed away on August 9, 2014. He was born on July 14, 1923 to Eli and Elizabeth (Eubanks) Carter in Greenwood, Mississippi. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel located at 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis 46250. Bishop Yvonne Carter will officiate. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
