Beverly “Bev” A. (Wood) Brown, age 82 of Pawleys Island, SC passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel, IN on January 30, 2018. Bev was born on August 22, 1935, in Webster Groves, MO and lived much of her life in St. Louis and then Brookfield, WI. She loved the water and being at the beach. She enjoyed playing golf, painting, cards, and flower arranging for her church and was an avid reader. She remained a true Green Bay Packers fan all these years!! She was mom to her four girls, Deb (Steve) Vande Loo of Atlanta, GA, Diane Fehr of Westifled, IN, Bonnie (Rick) Clark of Romeoville, IL and Julie (Kenny) Smith of Colorado Springs, CO. “Nana” had ten grandchildren, Gregory Vande Loo, Jennifer Vande Loo, Monica Haag, Amanda Pace, Tori Waters, Adam Fehr, Taylor Clark, Alex Clark, Piper Smith and KC Smith and one great-grandson, Landon Haag. While it saddens us that mom is gone, we have such peace in knowing that her struggles with Dementia are over. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 1:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46250. May the family find comfort in loving memories, and in knowing that God is “close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, has promised to soon “swallow up death forever…and wipe the tears from all faces” (Isaiah 25:8). With deepest sympathy.
