Alma Jean Stewart Zike, 77 ,of Indianapolis , born Feb. 19, 1937 passed away on July 29, 2014. Jean was born in Grayson Co, Ky, and raised in Nineveh, In.
Jean was employed by, and retired from, Ameritech after 31 years of service. She then started her own business of title searching retiring in Jan 2012. Jean enjoyed her work and the people she worked with. Jean is preceded in death by her parents; Herbert & Myrtle Mudd, sister Freida Gaines & brother-in-law Garnett Gaines. She is surviored by her loving husband James Michael Zike; dau. Monica Merry (Martin); son Gregory Stewart (Kimberly); step-son Michael Zike Jr (Robin); brothers Charles Mudd (Jennie), Danny Mudd (Gava), sister Doris Gifford (Tom) and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Fair Haven Christian Church, 1476 W 300 S, Franklin, In on August 1 at 11:00, meal to follow service. Arrangements by Indiana Funeral CAre and Crematory.
