The Honorable William C. Vaughn III, died November 6, 2010. He served as both a county and a circuit court judge for the State of Indiana until 1992. Bill then became a United States Administrative Law Judge, retiring in 2006.
He server in the U.S. Navy as a jet pilot, retiring as a captain in 1990.
Bill’s immediate family includes his wife, Linda of Spencer; his children, Heather and Brian Whalen of Noblesville, Croft Vaughn of New York, Maegan Vaughn of Greencastle, Christine and Gary Felton of Spencer and Gary and Jennifer Tarter of Bloomington; grandkids, Marisa, Connor, and Kyle; his sister, Barbara Wenzel of Michigan; brothers, Richard and Jim Vaughn of Michigan, Robbie Koss of Florida and their families.
