William Elza Rucker Jr., 66, of Indianapolis, died January 16, 2010.He was born in Rush, KY on January 28, 1943.He was an avid fan of NHRA and NASCAR racing. He also loved spending time at the Indianapolis Speedrome, racing in the middle 70’s , 80’s and 90’s. He is preceded in death by his wife Linda Lou Rucker.He is survived by his son William E. Rucker III and many friends. He will be sadly missed.
