His pain is over but his influence and love for the Lord and the Blessed Mother will never end in the lives he has touched. Our desire is now to one day meet him in Heaven with all his family at his side. We will miss him dearly and will never forget him. May your sorrow be short knowing he is where he has always wanted to be IN HEAVEN. Our prayers will be with all of you. God Bless & Love You, Margaret Prince & the Thursday Evening Bible Study Group from St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, Fishers, IN.

To the family – While we never had an opportunity to meet Bill, we are moved by the way he most obviously touched the lives of our friends Julie and Roger Kilmer, Bill’s neighbors. Roger and I have had frequent discussions about how he (and Julie) loved sitting down with Bill for hours discussing life and the Lord. It is a remarkable testimony of how God can knit together lives in unexpected and remarkable ways. Without a doubt, Roger and Julie’s lives will never be the same as a result of Bill’s life. And Roger and Julie will continue to make the lives around them better because of the influence Bill had on them. God bless your family. –Kent (and Jill) Cobbs and family, Centennial Bible Church
Roger Julie says
Bill was a humble, yet, great man. Most importantly, he was a friend of Jesus. We had the priviledge to know him as one of our closest and most trusted of friends. Tom, Joan, and Linda, we share in your sadness and loss, but take comfort in knowing that Bill is with Christ and he is whole. Bill has no more questions and no more pain. We loved him and will miss him more than words can express.

Dear Tom, Joan,& Linda: Bill will be missed greatly. While I’m grieving, I’m also giggling inside at times thinking of him in heaven pointing his finger at me and saying, “Wait til you get a load of this!” with that glint in his eye! 🙂 With Bill, you got the real deal. He cared deeply and spoke wisely. I’ll always cherish our long ’chats’ about the Lord and life in general and the special birthday dinners with my family and friends.

I was in a Renew group with Bill about 20 years ago at St. Louis de Montfort. I remember him for his beautiful faith and endearing words.
God Bless,

I just learned today of Mr. Harwell’s passing. I was a grade school friend of Linda. She spent the night with me the day she learned that Billy died in Viet Nam. I would love to get in touch with her.
