William Ecker was born and raised in Pottstown, PA. on January 19, 1923. He served honorably during WWII in the Army Air Force. He was a loving, devoted husband and father who was always the sheperd of his family. He married his wife Alice in 1960 and they settled in Indianapolis in 1965. Bill worked as a mechanical engineer, retiring from Labeco in 1965.He is survived by his wife Alice, and children Sandra Watson, william Ecker, Jr., Jody McKibben, Lynn Sinclair, Lori Ecker and a sister Lillian Klein, 9 grandchildren.Visitation will be held Sunday, April 25 from 4-8 at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, Allisonvillr Road Chapel.Memorial service will be held Monday, April 26 at 11:00 at First Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church at 5321 East 42nd.
