Terri Medsker Signorino, 44, born October 12, 1966 passed away January 17, 2011 from long term illness.
Terri is survived by 3 children: Brandon-22, Bradley-20, and Brittany-15. Terri was proud of her children’s education choices: sons attend Butler University, and her daughter attends a music school in Florida. Terri went to John Strange Elementary, Eastwood JHS, and North Central HS. A certified life guard, Terri worked at Broad Ripple Park, The Riviera Club, and Lake Maxinhall. Later, she contracted for 20 years with the Indianapolis Star News. Additionally, Terri worked at American Village Retirement Center for years, hosting New Years’ Celebrations for Seniors at Lincoln Lodge with her mother, who also worked there. Terri knew no strangers, rescued and loved animals, and supported her children’s musical enthusiasm and interests.
Terri is further survived by her mother, Sylvia Sue Perkins Medsker, and sisters, Tracy Medsker and Tammy Medsker Cochran. A Memorial Service was held at Church at the Crossing, 9111 N. Haverstick Road, Indianapolis, on January 20, 2011. An education fund for the Signorino Children has been established.
