The Lord has taken you in his hands and guided you carefully to your eternal home – know that your family is loved, that Denise, Kevin, Madison, Baby Cole. Suzie and Eric are loved by their Connecticut family. Know that you will always be with us – we will miss you for eternity. When you see my mom, she will say “thank you for coming”. You rest in peace now…we will meet again one day.

Suzie, So very sorry to hear this….you are in our prayers. It was so nice connecting again at the last reunion and getting on facebook with Steve to follow your grand kids, etc. He LOVED the grandkids. Again so terribly sorry for this huge shock for you. Suzie and family, I was saddened to learn of Steven’s passing. It was quite a shock to the Taylors. I know that he will be greeted in Heaven by Uncle Gibby (and I bet that those two can share some stories) and Grandma and Grandpa. We are thinking about you and will be praying for you and your family during this difficult time. Please know that the Taylor family is here for you if you need anything. Take care. I send my love to you!

Dear Susie,
Seems like yesterday that we went to the Halloween party, I was dressed as a witch and when Steve saw me he said ” if witches looked like you then no one would run away from them”. Jack remembers when he, John Cash, and Steve worked on clearing the rail lines for the state fair train. So many changes through the years, but the years have passed so quickly. I would like to think that Steve is re-introducing himself to Matthew and they are among many other loved ones that will be waiting beyond the Rainbow Bridge. With warm memories and much love, Susan & Jack Cahill
Richard Pfleidersays

Our hearts are torn with the suffering you have at the loss of your husband, father, friend. The coming days will be a time for you to bond together in love as you remember the joy he brought to your family. May you have comfort in knowing that he is now in the arms of Jesus and hopefully shakin up heaven a little bit. You will be in our prayers.

Dear Susie, Denise, Eric, and family, I am so sorry to hear of Steve’s death. He was such a good father and husband…and I am sure he was a loving grandfather as well. I am sorry that I didn’t get to the calling, however, I just read the email from Debbie today. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I hope that good memories can lessen the pain of his early death. With love, Judie Baker King
