Stephanie Jones, 33 of Indianapolis passed away on June 28, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 15, 1978 to her parents; Mike (Debbie) Slocum and Rebecca (Dale) Wilson in Indianapolis. Stephanie is survived by her husband, Brook; son, Ethan; two brothers, Michael and Richard; her grandmothers, Hazel Verhines and Miriam Verhines; & grandparents, Judy & Larry Gunter. Stephanie enjoyed listening to music and loved animals. She was a friend to all and will be missed dearly. Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011, 6pm at Harry W. Moore Funeral Care with visitation starting at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Megan S. Ott Foundation, Inc. P.O. Box 1372 Noblesville, IN 46061,

I am in very much pain for the loss to all of you… Aunt Becky, you were like an aunt to me when I lost my father back in 1986… You and your family held me an nurtured me through my time of pain…. I can not express the shear pain that I feel for all of us…. I loved Steph like my own little sis or cousin and only regret that I never had the pleasure of running into her to catch up again until now. I know that the angels are there to make peace with her and that we will all meet in heaven one day…….. I love you all and pray for piece in your hearts….. I only knew Stephanie for a little over 2 years. She was a wonderful person who always tried to point me in the right direction in life. She cared about everyone and was a great person to be around. I feel your pains because she was still close to my heart and will always have a special place there. She is at peace now and we can only hope that one day we will all be united once again in a better place.
