Ronald Ray Harden, age 79, Indianapolis, IN. He departed his earthly home and arrived at his eternal residence in the kingdom of his heavenly father while at home on Friday, October 14, 2011. He was born December 15th, 1931 in Lexington, Kansas to Paul Robert and Florence Estelle Harden. Ray was the sixth of seven children: Francis Eubank and Duane Harden (deceased), Willis, Bob, Lloyd, and Dan Harden. He graduated from Purdue University with an engineering degree and was self-employed as a sales representative until his retirement in 1997. Service was the cornerstone of Ray’s life and he spent the greater part of his time in the church and with his family, constructing numerous projects over the years and living life to the fullest. Ray and Mary Agnes Vines were married on July 29, 1954. They had four children: Myron, wife Kim, Ronda, husband Marc Strong. Maryl, husband John Fox, and Keith, wife Lisa Harden. He is survived by his eight grandchildren: Haley, Kiley, Nathan, wife Kayla, Jared, Grant, wife Erin, Landra, Drew, and David, and two great-granddaughters, Camila and Valery.
