My mind has been filled this week with wonderful memories of time spent with Uncle Roger, Aunt Mary, Lisa, Lynn and Traci during my childhood. I have treasured those memories throughout my adult life. I agree with Uncle Al – we will all see Uncle Roger again when we pass through the veil. Know that our love, thoughts and prayers are with all of you as we remember Uncle Roger and celebrate his life.

Lester Susan Newton says
Roger, some of us remember all of our home-comings. Like coming home to Mom Newton and walking in to smell that fried chicken and those apple pies that she labored over, just because we were coming home. Brother, you have gone home! There is no doubt in my mind that in that twinkling of an eye, you left that bed in Hospice and in the next moment you were with Jesus and Mom Newton. That sweet embrace, that shout of ’Welcome Home’. Dare I say, I’m envious…… brother Al.
