Richard L. “Rich” Berger, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, April 18, 2008. He was born in Detroit, MI to the late Harry and Nettie Berger on June 29, 1928. He served in the U.S. Army as a Private. Richard is survived by a daughter, Deborah McHenry; two sons, Robert D. Berger, Russell G. Berger; twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Josephine Berger. He was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Berger and Thomas Berger.Memorial Service at Christians United Soldiers Memorial Chapel, Indianapolis, IN, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, with Pastor Jeff Souder officiating.
