83, loving husband of Sharon (Smith) Peck, passed away February 10, 2005. Phillip was a carpenter and a member of The Old Negro Baseball League, Phillip was also an excellent golfer and a WWII veteran, serving in the Western Pacific and receiving the American Theater Ribbon, The Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon and the Bronze Star, along with a Good Conduct Medal. In addition to his wife, Phillip is also survived by his brothers, Donald, Robert, and Ronald Peck of Indianapolis. Gerald Peck of Gary, IN and Kenneth Peck of Jacksonville, FL.;his sisters, Frances Evans and Phyllis Joanne Jones both of Indianapolis, Rosemary Smith of Detroit MI. and June Howard of Hayward, CA; step-children George Parker, Jr., Gregory Parker and Danny Parker all of Indianapolis and Allyson Parker of California.
