Pauline Strong White, 87, passed away November 11, 2011. She was born on April 5, 1924 to Walter Bryant and Erasime (Mattingly) Bryant in Lothair, Kentucky. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, James; two sons, James A. (Phyllis) Strong and Allen Strong; two daughters, Wanda F. Armstrong and Judy E. Kizzee; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren,1 great-great grandson and two step brothers, Harlan (Juanita) Turner and Joe Turner of Middletown, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; step father, Charles Turner; husband, James Strong; her sons, Charles Burnett Strong and Walter L. Strong; and her daughter, Carol Jean Strong.
Pauline loved fishing and hunting, as well as bowling. She enjoyed talking about her children, grand children and great-grandchildren. She adored her baby dog, Susie. She was a loving and devoted wife, mom, and grandma. She was just great.

I am sorry to hear of Pauline’s passing. I have such fond memories of her. One of the great perks of spending time with my grandma was getting to see my aunt Pauline. Going to the lake fishing and swimming was such a blast. Tanks you Pauline for the wonderful memories, you are missed
