Pamela L. Melahn-Michalski, December 16, 1956- July 18, 2010SOUTHBEND Pamela L. Melahn-Michalski passed away on Sunday July 18th, 2010 in Indianapolis, IN. Left to cherish her memory is her son Micheal V. Rosa, her daughter Lisa M. Michalski, and her grandson Gadge Micheal Rosa all of South Bend. Also, left to cherish her memory is one brother Gary (Karen) Melahn, three nieces, two nephews, and a number of friends whom she loved. In 1980 she married Donald H. Michalski in South Bend, where she remained a lifelong resident until 2006 when she moved to Martinsville, IN. Pam was employed at Richard’s Home Center for many years. She looked forward to her garden every spring and summer. She treasured all the time that she was able to spend with her family, especially the endless conversations that she held with her daughter. She is preceded in death by her parents Mary R. and Richard H. Melahn, and her brother Larry Michael Stern. The family would thank everyone who helped Pam and her family during this time, especially Paula, Jade and Juliet Kelly. A private memorial service will be held in Indianapolis, with a burial taking place in South Bend.
