Mary Terrell Walker, 88, of Memphis, TN and Nesbit, MS, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013. She was born in Sullivan, IN on August 24, 1924 to William David and Bessie May (Taylor) Terrell. She married Bill Lee Walker. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters, Ruth Perkins and Esther Neff, and her brothers, Merrell, Roy and Paul Terrell. She is survived by her daughters, Betsy Jane Walker of Evergreen, CO and Emily (Robert) Rygg of Nesbit, MS; son, Scott (Gaynet) Walker of Oakland, TN; grandchildren, Marisa and Burch Walker of Oakland, TN; and numerous loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. A service will be held in her honor at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 23 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 7500 N. Clinton, Terre Haute, IN. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to service time. A celebration of life reception will also be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 13 at Bonne Terre, 4715 Church Road West, Nesbit, MS 38651.
