Dad, it has only been two months today, and it seems so much longer. Time is passing so slowly to not see you or be able to talk to you. I miss you and love you, and mother. My heart hurts.

One of my fondest memories of my grandfather, was that he loved all
of his stepgrandchildred as if we
were his own. He never made a difference. I never realized until I was an adult that we were not blood. He made us all feel so special, as if we were his favorite! One of my most favorite things was to sit on the front porch swing and eat barbecue potato chips and hear old stories of how he and Grandma met and would go dancing. I will miss him dearly!
Heaven has another angel. My Grandma is happy now. Love Kimmy

Dad, I am grief stricken. I miss you so much. Visiting the house is so hard. I look for you and wait for you to come into the room. Everyday I attempt to pick up the phone to call you, and when my phone rings, I immediately think it might be you. I will be ok, and I know you are certainly rejoicing in heaven. I will see you again, when I get there. Love you with all my broken heart. darlene
