Lester Jacob Sweany, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, October 17, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 22, 1952, the son of the late Jacob Lester and Bessie K. (Weaver) Sweany.He was a nineteen year employee of O’Malia’s Food Market, downtown Indianapolis. Lester is survived by his companion of 12 years, Beverly Shriner; a daughter, Lisa (James) Fulp; four grandchildren, Christian, Brianna, Brittany, Sabrina; a sister, Terry (Ron) Golay. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Lee and Donald Eugene Sweany.Visitation will be Sunday, October 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Harry W. Moore Family Mortuary, 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Monday, October 20th at Harry Moore. Graveside services will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
