He served in the U.S. Navy as a AME3 and worked as a Security Guard.Jon is survived by his sons, Patrick (Lisa) Scanlon, and Alan (Cathy) Scanlon; grandchildren, Ryan Scanlon, Clay Niverson, Miranda Niverson, and Hannah Scanlon. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
