Joe Barker Frame, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2007 while in the company of family members. He was born January 26, 1923 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Robert and Ada Frame. He retired as a machinist from Von Duprin after 32 years. He was a Past Master of the Oakland Masonic Lodge & member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Joe is survived by his wife of 62 years, Eileen (Young) Frame; daughter, Kathleen Waynescott; sons, Michael (Ruth) Frame, Fred (Dawn) Frame; eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, Monday, (TODAY) November 19 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. with a Masonic and Eastern Star Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20th at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at Washington Park East.
