My thoughts and prayers go to the family of James Larrimore. I worked with his son Jim. As a Freedom Team Salute ambassador, I am indebted to and have great admiration for Mr. Larrimore’s courage and unselfishness in serving our country in WWII. He deserves our gratitude and praise.

I got to call him Grandpa Jim, too:) He was so special to all of us, and each of you are in our thoughts and prayers as you mourn his passing. He and Grandma Shirley created a beautiful family, and we are so happy to be able to call that family ours, too. We will miss him immensely. So sorry we couldn’t make it to the service. We love all of you!

My sincere condolences to the Larrimore family. I had not seen Jim for some 10 years or so, but remember him well as a very nice man and fun to talk to. I didn’t realize he was a Navy veteran for which he deserves respect for serving his country. Jim sold me at least 6 cars and it was nice doing business with him. A real pro in the car business. I won’t forget him.
