James H. Clements, Jr.77, Indianapolis, died Wednesday, August 3, 2005. He was a past resident of Terre Haute, IN, Whiteland, IN and Daphne, Alabama. He was born May 28, 1928 in Terre Haute, IN to the late James H. and Madalene Moore Clements, Sr. James served in the U.S. Navy and served aboard the USS Duluth. He retired from Westinghouse Electric Corp. Sturdevent Division of Boston, Mass. after 25 years of service. During his employment with Westinghouse he traveled extensively visiting every state and spent six months in Nigeria, Africa. He worked for a short period of time for Anaconda Corp. in Terre Haute upon returning from Africa. He was a member of Elks Lodge #1818, Franklin, Indiana & Shrine, Spanish Fort Lodge No. 916 F. & A.M.Survived by one brother Robert Clements of Benicia, California and two sisters Frances (George) Mullen of Marshall, IL and Etta Mae (Larry)Blaire of Terre Haute; five step-children, Donna Price of Champaign, IL, Roxanne (Ken) Sieks of Niceville, FL, Brian (Terri) Price of Avon, IN, Pamela (Oren) Testa of Indianapolis, and Marla (Thomas)Sharkey of Lowell, IN. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ruby L. (Killion) Clements whom he married Sept. 3, 1965 in Terre Haute, IN. Per his request no services are scheduled.
