Hey cousin’s. I know it’s been quite a few years since we’ve all seen each other. I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am for you all. I’ll always remember Uncle Lee from when we all kids with his great sense of humor, guitar playing and just being an all around pretty nice guy.
I’m sorry I can’t be there in person but I will be there in heart and soul.
    Take care, sincerely

My Cuz! What can I say about Harold. I will always remember him as My World’s last REAL Cowboy. I remember him at family reunions, playing his guitar and entertaining us kids. When out singing he would always ask me … “Who’s the only ’Real’ Cowboy you know?” and I would always answer .. “You, Cuz, YOU”. He is now with “The Keeper of the Stars” and while we will miss him dearly I take great comfort in knowing he is there watching over … Our Karaoke Cowboy Angel. Everytime I wear my Sapphires I will consider it a hug from my Cuz.

We have known Harold for about 13 years. He was one of our first singers at the Sawmill when we started karaoke. He loved his Merle and when he was done singing, he would hold the microphone like a guitar and play it. When he was done, he’d swing it like a bat and tell me thank you. If he came in while I was playing dance music, he’d tell me to cut it off and get back to karaoke, that he was there to sing. He could be cantankerous towards you, but he also told you he cared about you and your family. We will miss him and his straightforward comments. God bless.

Marty & Jennie: We were very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. We never had the chance to meet him, but always wanted to. My impression was that he was a wirey kind of fellow who could take whatever life threw at him. If there is anything you need, just say the word. – Lu Anne H. & family

I just found out today about Harold’s passing. I knew him from karaoke at different places on the east side. I don’t go very often anymore and that is why I just found out. Harold was a very caring and decent person. He reminded me a lot of my own Father who I lost a few years ago. I will miss hearing him sing and his kind words.
