I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family of Eula Burks. I grew up with the grandchildren she raised, and was always treated as one of the grandchildren. I always looked up and respected her, she was a wonderful woman. Some of my best teenage memories were at her house in Groveland, playing hide and seek, watching movies and being with her. She will be missed but we will always remember her. My love to you all. Lisa

Dear family of Eula Mae please accept my husband John and my condolences on the loss of Eula. I don’t know if David and Linda remember my sister Deborah and I. We are Wilbur and Anna Arnold’s children. Wilbur is one of Eula’s brothers. My fondest memory of Aunt Eula was when we came to visit every summer and stayed with Eula while mother and daddy went to the Indy 500. As Eula lived close to the track we could hear the race from her backyard. I remember eating fresh strawberries from her backyard garden with milk at her kitchen table. It was great. We then played with David and Linda on the street outside her house for hours until the race was finished. Just remember God is in control and you will see Eula again. We will be praying for your family. God Bless, Barbara and John Burnum

On behalf of me and my father, Eula’s brother Wilbur, we wish to express our sorrow at hearing of Eula’s passing. Daddy is sorry he will not be able to attend the funeral but he wants everyone of Eula’s family to know you are in his thoughts. He is glad he was able to see her a couple of years ago when we came up to visit. He will miss his sister but knows she is in a better place and not suffering anymore. Everyone take care and know that God will look over you through this difficult time. Wilbur Arnold Deborah Johnson
