Earl “Rob” Robbins, 53, of Brownsburg, Indiana, went home to be with the Lord on March 16, 2013. He was born on December 31, 1959, and is survived by his parents, Janet Kaufman and Earl and Carol Robbins of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. He was married July 22, 1988, to Shelli (Stein), and they were blessed with three children, Sarah Michelle, Robby William and Ryan David. He is also survived by his siblings, Leigh Ann Bryson, Lori Miller and Scott Skinner.
Rob graduated in 1978 from Calvary Baptist Academy in Normal, Illinois, and attended Bob Jones University and Illinois State University. He was a successful salesman for more than 30 years.
He was an avid sports enthusiast. He loved participating, coaching and supporting his children in multiple sports, with a special fondness for the Brownsburg Bulldogs and the Chicago Bears.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation Tuesday, March 19th, 4:00 – 6:00 pm followed by the memorial service at Conkle Funeral Home Avon, 76 North State Road 267 Avon, Indiana.
