It was my pleasure to work with Dottie at the Defense Information School some years ago. I always appreciated Dottie’s pleasant personality and her ability to interact positively with everybody while accomplishing the job. I remember Dottie hurrying through the halls of the building, smiling and greeting everyone she passed as she went about her daily activities Please accept my concern for the family as I keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
