Donald B. Gordon, 78, passed away December 3, 2010 at his home. He was born August 23, 1932 in Indianapolis, the son of Frederick B. and Marie (Besselman) Gordon. He went to Shortridge High School and was an alumnus of Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Don served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1951 to 1954. He was Past Master of North Park Masonic Lodge. He was currently a member of Bridgeport Masonic Lodge. He was also involved with the Murat Shrine Railroad Club. Don worked for the state highway department, retiring in 1996. After retirement, he drove a school bus for Wayne Township for thirteen years, retiring in 2009.

Don is survived by his wife, Linda, who he married in 1977; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Wagers; one daughter, Kimberly Feeney, Nashville, TN; and two sons, Kyle and Kevin Gordon.

Visitation will be held at the Indiana War Memorial, 431 N. Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday December 9th, with a service following at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

    The Wagers family sends our sympathy for your dad’s passing and for the death of our Aunt Mary Liz. Would love to get in contact with Kevin to hear about her final years. We were very much saddened to learn she had passed several years ago.
