David S. Cook, 80, Indianapolis, passed away April 8, 2007. He was born August 31, 1926 in Indianapolis to the late Pearly and Thelma (Oliver) Cook. He served in the U.S. Navy until 1958.He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Francine; daughters, Donna, Victoria, Michaela, Christina, and Francine Jr.; sons, Mark, Timothy, David Allen, Steven, and David Jr.; 22 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and brothers, Benny and Norman.Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Christians United Soldiers Memorial Chapel, Indianapolis. Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 p.m. at Soldiers Memorial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the AlzheimerÂ’s Association.
